The Blue Rose range of specialist jigging rods
have impressed a lot of anglers with their super
light construction and incredible strength.
The Blue Rose Full-Gene S60MD is a threadline
jigging rod whichhas enough power and low-
down grunt to handle lines up to PE10. The rod
is 1.83 (6’0) metres inlength and can handle jigs up to 700g.
All models feature high carbon fibre content blanks (100% on the S53SD), Fuji Super Ocean double overbound guides, reinforced Fuji reel seats and Cross-gear fighting fore-grips are light but strong, making hours of continuous jigging in deep water less fatiguing. The new Full-Gene model features a split-style butt configuration.
When that animal dogtooth, giant trevally, or kingfish or climbs on your jig, you’ve got some real lifting power in the butt end to get them to the top.
