The Symetre FJ is armed with Shimano’s advanced Propulsion Line Management System – Propulsion Spool Lip, SR one-piece bail system and Power Roller III for virtually 100% line twist elimination. Lightweight aluminium and graphite (1000 size only) frames, cold forged aluminium spool, Fluidrive II, Dyna-Balance, Super Stopper II and super slow oscillation system all feature as standard.
Of interest to the ‘twig’ fisherman is the new 1000 size which will fit in perfectly as the ideal reel to fish ultra light line classes and lure weights for trout and bream. The larger models feature a high retrieve ratio which will prove popular for launching whitebait sized slices and stickbaits at frenzied pelagic schools.
